The building is designated as an Ancient Monument under the 5th Ephorate of Byzantine Antiquities. Located in the Upper Koita it is a tower, which was initially built in the mid-18th century (1750).The Tower House is located 4 km west from Koita, in the heart of village Stavri. The Tower House is housed on a 19th century three level tower house which was lastly renovated in 2013.
It can accommodate up to eight guests in its two bedrooms. The property has a fully equipped kitchen where the guests can have the opportunity to prepare their own meals. There is a swimming pool in the back yard for the summer months and a fireplace in the second level for the winter. Housekeeping is provided every three days.
Guests can also have access in the hotel’s restaurant and wine list, if they wish to enjoy our traditional kitchen. High speed internet access is available for free and parking space is conveniently located in the village.
